Our Teaching Methodology

We have developed a unique approach to teaching entrepreneurship that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills and real experience. Our methodology is based on modern educational technologies and has been tested by hundreds of successful graduates.

Core Principles of Our Approach

Practical Orientation

80% of training time is dedicated to practical tasks and work on real business projects. We believe that entrepreneurial skills are formed only through practice.

Learning Through Experience

Our teachers are active entrepreneurs who share real experience, including mistakes and successful solutions from their own practice.

Collaborative Learning

We create an environment for exchanging experience between participants, forming a community of like-minded people that continues to interact after training.

Project Approach

Throughout the training, students work on their own business projects, applying acquired knowledge in practice and receiving feedback from experts.

Individualization

We adapt the educational process to the needs and goals of each student, providing personal support and feedback at all stages of training.

Local Context

All materials and cases are adapted to the specifics of doing business in Kazakhstan, taking into account local legislation, economic conditions and cultural features.

Learning Process

Stage 1: Immersion

At this stage, students get acquainted with the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, form business ideas and start researching the market. We help define personal business goals and form a vision for the future project.

Stage 2: Idea Validation

Students learn to validate the viability of their business ideas through interviews with potential customers, competitor analysis and market research. At this stage, the initial concept is adjusted based on the received feedback.

Stage 3: Business Modeling

Development of a business model, definition of value proposition, distribution channels, income and expense structure. At this stage, students create a financial model and learn to plan cash flows.

Stage 4: Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Students develop and create the first version of their product or service with minimal resource output. The goal is to quickly enter the market, receive feedback from real customers and adjust the offering.

Stage 5: Attracting First Customers

Training in marketing and sales strategies and tactics to attract first customers without large budgets. Students develop a marketing plan and start its implementation.

Stage 6: Scaling and Growth

At the final stage, students learn to optimize business processes, form a team and develop growth strategies. They create a business scaling plan and define key performance indicators.

Success Stories

Prohelpingkz methodology helped me turn a vague idea into a working business. Especially valuable was the step of idea validation, when I conducted more than 30 interviews with potential customers and completely revised my initial offer. Thanks to the structured approach and constant feedback from mentors, I launched my organic product delivery service 4 months after starting training.

Damir N.

Founder of OrganiQ Delivery

I came to Prohelpingkz with experience in marketing, but without understanding how to create my own business. The step-by-step methodology of the school allowed me to systematize the launch process and avoid many typical mistakes. Practical workshops on financial modeling and attracting first customers turned out to be particularly useful. Today, my marketing agency serves more than 15 clients and continues to grow.
