How is the training conducted?

Training takes place in a mixed format: online lectures, practical tasks, group meetings and individual consultations. For each program, a detailed training plan with specific dates and schedule of classes has been developed.

How much does the training cost?

The cost depends on the chosen program and training format. After receiving your application, the manager will contact you and provide detailed information about prices, discounts and available payment options.

Is it possible to return the money if the training does not fit?

Yes, we have a refund policy. If you decide to stop training within the first two weeks, we will refund your full cost minus administrative expenses (10%). After this period, the return is carried out proportionally to the completed modules.

Is preparation needed before starting training?

Special preparation is not required. Our programs are designed in such a way as to be accessible for people without previous experience in entrepreneurship. If you already have experience, our teachers will help adapt the educational process to your level of knowledge.

What documents will I receive upon completion of training?

Upon completion of the program, you will receive a Prohelpingkz certificate confirming the mastery of the corresponding course. For some programs, additional documents are also provided, for example, a review of your business plan from experts.

What if I miss a class?

All online classes are recorded, and you can watch them at a convenient time. For practical classes and workshops, we offer alternative dates or individual consultations so that you do not lag behind the program.

After choosing the program, you will receive a contract and an invoice for payment. We offer various payment options, including installment plans.

Step 4: Start of Training

You will receive access to the training platform, course materials and a schedule of classes. Before starting training, an introductory webinar is held to get acquainted with the program.

Step 5: Training Process

Training takes place according to the schedule. You complete practical tasks, participate in group discussions and receive feedback from teachers.

Step 6: Completion and Certification

After successful completion of the program, you receive a certificate and become part of the community of Prohelpingkz graduates with access to networking events and additional resources.
